Employee Lifecycle Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Employee Lifecycle Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and continuously improving documentation and process at each stage of the Employee Lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience for employees across Asia Pac. This includes onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate HR information system (Workday) data integrity through collaboration with managers and HR teams;
  • Act as a Workday 'Subject Matter Expert,' providing local internal lead support and regular liaison with US counterparts for system optimization;
  • Review existing policies and procedures and design new ones in line with business needs and legislative changes;
  • Analyze various data sources to produce reports that enable the HR Team and business to improve Employee Experience, including key HR metrics, compensation cycle, talent review data, and survey results;
  • Manage Recognition program data integrity and employee queries;
  • Deliver key projects that support and enhance the Employee Experience;
  • Collaborate closely with Payroll to ensure data accuracy and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • 1-2 years' experience in an HR coordinator role or similar position;
  • Familiarity with ANZ employment law and enterprise agreements desirable;
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS software beneficial;
  • Intermediate Excel skills and strong attention to detail required;
  • Able to manage complexity and competing priorities effectively;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
