Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Administer accurate processing of HR transactions in accordance with various segment HR policies and practices.">
  • Handle system process requests from clients and/or requests from GHRO internal team members.">
  • Conduct routine system transactions specific to role following standard operating guidelines.">
  • Proactively analyze daily work and identify opportunities for improvement initiatives and drive enhancement for better cast touch experience.">
  • Consistently respond to cast member inquiries with a high level of professionalism to ensure excellent customer service.">
  • Develop and communicate job aids, end user operating guides, and business processes.">
  • Identify and escalate systemic issues by recognizing increase in certain call or request type.">
