Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a distributed team of up to 8 Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer obsession.

  • Provide 1:1 coaching and performance management to your team members, promoting their growth and development.
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer challenges, leveraging your expertise to deliver timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure customer voice is represented, driving product innovation and customer satisfaction.
  • Create operational efficiencies through streamlined repeatable processes, eliminating unnecessary complexity and costs.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration through beta programs, co-marketing, product insights, and more, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, with 3+ years of direct management experience.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and team success in a high-growth technology company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales.
  • Experience working in a globally distributed company, with the ability to adapt to different time zones and work styles.
