Job Title: Chief Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee all aspects of fibre construction programs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • To maintain effective communication with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • To develop and implement risk management strategies, in addition to managing governance and change control processes.
  • To review and approve project completions and invoices to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards.
  • To conduct regular site visits to assess workplace health and safety (WHS) practices and audit requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing fibre construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to foster long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with WHS regulations for field operations.
  • Experience with land access and permitting procedures is a plus.
