Chief Data Centre Operations Manager

As a Data Centre Chief Engineer, you will oversee the operation of AWS global infrastructure, ensuring peak efficiency and availability. You will be responsible for managing electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within data centres.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead small-to-medium projects from inception to completion, driving innovation while reducing operational costs.
- Direct and train Engineering Operation technicians in troubleshooting and operating electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on critical facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
- Collaborate with DC managers and other business leaders to coordinate projects, manage capacity, and optimize plant safety, performance, reliability, sustainability, and efficiency.
Our team is experiencing rapid growth, and your onboarding will be dynamic. You will gain diverse experience working in new and established AWS data centres, rotating through various locations to complete training before being deployed to a permanent location.
