As a dedicated and highly skilled Executive Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to the Chief of Ground Transport at Melbourne Airport.

This is a critical role that requires a first-class professional with extensive experience supporting senior executives.

You will play a key part in ensuring the Chief and leaders can function effectively and make high-quality decisions.

Key responsibilities include coordinating meeting requirements, preparing agendas, packs, and documents, as well as producing succinct and accurate minutes for Executive and management meetings.

  • Co-ordinate meeting requirements, prepare agendas, packs, and documents.
  • Produce succinct and accurate minutes for Executive and management meetings.
  • Manage phone calls and communication to the Chief.
  • Provide timely and effective administrative support to the Chief and leadership team.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the Chief and team leaders.
  • Reconcile and approve corporate credit card expenses.
  • Organise travel including flight bookings and accommodation.

The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines and remain calm under pressure.

You will be responsible for providing confidential and professional executive assistance and support to the Chief of the business unit.
