**Job Title:** Workplace Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Support Specialist to join our team. In this dynamic support role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workplace.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Visitor Arrival Experience Management: You will be responsible for ensuring that visitors have a seamless experience upon arrival, including access control and contractor management.
  • Workplace Administration: You will be responsible for the administration, operation, and management of the workplace, including facilities management and mail/parcel management.
  • IT Support: You will provide basic IT support, including audio visual equipment setup and meeting room management.
  • Facilities Maintenance: You will ensure that the workplace is presented, maintained, and utilized in accordance with its design.
  • Employee Support: You will assist employees with day-to-day enquiries and respond to requests as needed.
Key Responsibilities

As a Workplace Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with VIP clients, developing relationships with diverse stakeholders, maintaining composure in fast-paced environments, and anticipating needs.

You will also be expected to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners, and contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve workplace efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
