Workplace Relations Specialist

The Workplace Relations Specialist plays a pivotal role in promoting fair, safe and respectful workplaces. This position involves developing accurate, plain language resources to support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating plain language content on workplace relations topics for the sector.
  • Building and maintaining a legal plain language toolkit, including interactive web-based tools and resources.
  • Researching, reviewing and adapting content, ensuring it is up-to-date, including when legislation changes.
  • Providing specialist advice on working conditions, fair pay, work health and safety and workplace respect, aligning recommendations with organizational priorities.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to draft high-quality submissions, briefs, reports and policy documents.
