Recover at Work Specialist Role

This exciting career opportunity exists within our dedicated unit, focusing on the wellbeing and recovery of individuals in the workplace.

The Recover at Work Specialist will play a vital role in coordinating recovery and/or return to work activities, inclusive of all injury management initiatives in accordance with our established program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating recovery and/or return to work activities, ensuring timely and durable support for employees.
  • Identifying suitable employment opportunities for injured employees, promoting their safe and timely return to work.
  • Establishing graded recover at work plans and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
