As our Workplace Specialist, you'll be the dynamic face of our campus, blending exceptional customer service with operational expertise. Your role extends beyond traditional reception duties, making you the go-to resource for tenants, retailers, and visitors alike. You'll proactively engage throughout the Lobby and campus precinct, ensuring everyone feels a sense of convenience, exclusivity, and community. Your diverse responsibilities will range from managing deliveries and mail services to supporting events and front-of-house hospitality. **This active position involves periods of walking, standing, and high level of manual handling**as you navigate multiple service touchpoints. With your comprehensive knowledge of the campus and its surroundings, you'll create unforgettable experiences, conduct work-ready audits, and contribute to an outstanding workplace environment. Your mission is to keep our campus thriving, ensuring everyone feels informed, supported, and truly belonging to our community.

**What you'll bring to the role**:
You should have previous experience in a customer-facing position within an office, hotel, or hospitality environment. Your natural talent for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, building genuine rapport, and nurturing relationships will be invaluable. Your motivation will stem from establishing authentic connections, paying meticulous attention to detail, adeptly following processes, and dedicating yourself to closing the loop.

**What you'll bring to the role**:
At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, airline, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.

Strongly embodies a customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset, adapting to visitors'/employees' needs and preferences to enhance their overall experience.

Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and pragmatic approach, always maintaining a positive and solution-focused mindset in addressing challenges.
