About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transport Coordinator to join our team at DP World Australia. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in coordinating and facilitating communication between rail and transport departments, focusing on rail exports and ensuring the timely delivery of containers before cut-off periods.

As a Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling delivery of exports to terminal, creating releases and bulk run orders in Container Chain, communicating with transport to ensure execution of export plan, and updating and maintaining export master plan.

You will also be required to liaise with rail customers on any PRA issues, utilise 1-stop system to check vessel receivals, follow up and chase Late Receivals, and maintain up-to-date reporting systems to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.

Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding export container inquiries, and develop and maintain customer relationships and partnerships.
