The Key Account Manager is a strategic, results-driven professional responsible for delivering profitable, sustainable growth across our most important wholesale partners.
Job Description:As a key player in our business, you will be at the center of our growth story. Your focus will be on building strong partnerships, creating smart strategies, and delivering results that elevate our brand presence and execution of our Go-To-Market process.
- Account Management & Growth — Develop and lead strategic plans for your portfolio of key accounts, driving long-term, profitable growth while balancing account needs with our vision.
- Go-To-Market Leadership — Own the annual selling calendar, lead business reviews and range planning, and ensure flawless alignment between account objectives and our GTM strategy.
- Sales Delivery & Order Management — Achieve seasonal sell-in targets and negotiate sell-through KPIs while monitoring orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Performance Tracking & Insights — Forecast, track, and analyze account performance, market share trends, and competitor activity to guide smarter decisions and maximize ROI.
- Culture & Leadership — Champion collaboration and innovation while fostering a high-performing, accountable team environment.
- Proven experience in key account management, preferably within sporting goods, apparel, or footwear.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with major retail partners.
- Sharp analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into strategy.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ambition to grow and innovate in a fast-paced, global brand environment.
