Are you a seasoned business professional seeking a challenging and rewarding role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Growth Strategy Manager to join our Business & Wholesale team. In this position, you will be responsible for leading growth marketing programs and initiatives that drive revenue growth across the Corporate (Medium to Large), Wholesale, and Smart Communities segments.
Job DescriptionAs a Growth Strategy Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance customer engagement. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships, to identify opportunities and create value-driven solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing growth marketing programs and initiatives that drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and create value-driven solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform growth strategies and tactics.
- Developing and managing budgets and forecasts to ensure effective resource allocation and ROI optimization.
- Providing strategic guidance and support to sales teams to help them achieve their targets and grow their business.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a related field, such as growth strategy, product management, or sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and partnerships.
- Knowledge of industry trends and developments, with a deep understanding of the telecommunications sector.
