About the Role

As an Educational Consultant at Kip McGrath, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students. We are seeking experienced Primary Tutors to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach students using the Kip McGrath methodology, promoting a supportive and engaging learning environment.
  • Tutor students in a positive and caring manner, focusing on building self-esteem and self-worth.
  • Develop and maintain a strong rapport with students and parents, ensuring open communication and feedback.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art software to plan and conduct face-to-face lessons, maximizing efficiency and minimizing preparation time.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • A teaching degree or be in the final year of your degree.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • A friendly, professional, and personable demeanor.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Demonstrate a positive and vibrant personality.
  • Confidence in using software and computers.
  • Genuine passion for teaching and education.
  • Reliable, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Estimated Salary

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
