This is a clinical support role, focusing on providing tailored and individualized responsive care for residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be a core member of the residential team and work with management and carers to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising and supporting care delivery by carers
  • Educating and mentoring in clinical areas and processes
  • Consultative in case management and clinical decision-making
  • Clinical oversight and professional competence as a Registered Nurse
Requirements
  • Experience essential for this position
  • Able to commit to range of NIGHT shifts including some weekends
  • Value teamwork but also able to work independently and show initiative
  • Knowledge & experience of people living with Dementia & their needs
