The successful candidate will work closely with the management of the home and care staff to provide tailored and individualised responsive care for our residents.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our elderly residents.
- Advising and supporting the care delivery by the care staff
- Educating and mentoring in clinical areas and processes
- Consultative in case management and clinical decision making
- Clinical oversight and professional competence as a Registered Nurse
- Implement and support a resident comfort focus
To succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible and able to commit to a range of shifts, including nights and weekends. You must also be able to work independently and show initiative while valuing teamwork.
We offer a competitive salary package of around $85,000 per year, plus benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for career progression.
