Senior Payroll Strategist

Seeking a seasoned and accomplished Senior Payroll Strategist to spearhead payroll operations and drive growth through strategic planning.
Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and oversee the effective management of payroll processes and systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership teams, HR professionals, and external partners.
- Design and execute comprehensive training programs for payroll staff to enhance their skills and competencies.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence within the team by promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Stay abreast of legislative changes, industry developments, and best practices in payroll management to ensure compliance and optimize business outcomes.
- Possess 5+ years of extensive experience in senior-level payroll management roles, preferably within large-scale organizational settings.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity.
- Proven expertise in using Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with executive teams, HR departments, and external partners to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Engage with various stakeholders to build trust, foster open communication, and promote a culture of cooperation and mutual respect.
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Desirable)
- Advanced knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry standards (Essential)
