National Portfolio Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work as part of an elite team that excels in property investment and portfolio management.

  • We are seeking a self-motivated individual with exceptional communication skills to join our team as a National Portfolio Specialist.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15-20 clients at a time, working closely with their advisor to understand each client's strategy.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Source, assess and secure high-quality residential properties that meet client briefs and company criteria.
  3. Negotiate purchase terms and provide expert strategic advice on acquisitions, developments and investment opportunities.
  4. Analyse market trends, economic data and property performance to guide informed decisions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion for property, investment property and wealth creation.
  • A desire and ability to learn property market research, data and advice models.
  • Self-motivated and confident communicator.
  • A team player with interest in contributing to a great culture.
  • Must have full Australian working rights and Cert IV Property / Registration.
