About the Role:Manage a nationwide portfolio of national assets in a creative and collaborative environment. Work with key stakeholders to maintain these assets to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Update property portfolio maintenance and ongoing R&M tracking reports at regular intervals.
- Manage and review operating contracts, initiating retendering opportunities where appropriate.
- Create and maintain a system to track and record warranty and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain knowledge of lessee obligations, including compliance and replacement of equipment.
- Provide correspondence to tenants advising of updates to major works or compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices.
- Relevant qualifications in facilities management or a related technical field.
