Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, architects, and project managers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events and project meetings, promoting growth and expansion.
- Prepare tailored quotes, proposals, and submissions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional value to clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts aligning with targets and needs.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Senior sales or business development experience in commercial construction or manufacturing.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- Knowledge of NCC and building standards is preferred.
- A strong network in Sydney's construction, architectural, or fit-out sectors is essential.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Self-motivation with a knack for prioritization and strategic thinking is necessary.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is an advantage.
