Overview Lead national sales growth in a fast-scaling food importer Drive commercial strategy across retail, food service, and brand About Our Client Our client is a market-leading Asian food import and distribution business with a turnover of $300-$400 million and is seeking a commercially driven Chief Commercial Officer to accelerate revenue growth, lead high-performing sales teams, and elevate brand presence through targeted, sales-focused marketing.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior executive role within a dynamic, privately owned business expanding across mainstream retail, Asian grocery, food service, and cash & carry channels.
Reporting directly to the CEO and owner, you will own the full commercial strategy across retail, food service, and wholesale, covering national chains like Coles and Woolworths, independent Asian grocers, and a growing footprint of cash & carry outlets.
Your mandate is to build sales momentum, drive margin growth, and lead a team that blends retail excellence with hands-on commercial execution.
