Strategic Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive commercial growth and strategic solutions across our organisation.

This role is central to developing and implementing integrated, data-led strategies that embed advanced analytics into core decision-making processes.

You will lead the design and delivery of marketable, data-driven solutions across marketing, consumer, and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving innovation by growing a high-performing team, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Overseeing the commercialisation of marketing initiatives with a strong focus on risk governance and quality assurance.
  • Partnering across the organisation to operationalise customer lifetime value models and optimise marketing channels.

In addition, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the Data & Analytics function, partnering closely with stakeholders across Brand, Digital, Product, Strategy, and Marketing to deliver the customer agenda and uplift data maturity.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in commercial strategy, marketing optimisation, and data-driven product development, with deep expertise in customer value management, applied analytics, and operational leadership.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong track record of translating complex commercial and customer problems into actionable solutions through structured frameworks and advanced modelling.
  • Proven leadership in building and scaling high-performing teams, driving cross-functional delivery of growth initiatives, and facilitating executive-level forums that influence enterprise strategy and investment.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align diverse functions on strategic priorities and embed performance-driven decisioning.
