
Australia Commercial Growth Executive

Business growth and development are crucial for the success of any organization. As a Business Development Manager in Australia, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and fostering relationships with key partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage distributor networks across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring optimal performance and achieving growth targets.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance KPIs and JBP with key distributor partners, supporting distributor sales teams and influencing customer negotiations where appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including supply chain, finance, and marketing functions, to achieve full P&L responsibility and effective management of forecasting, investment budgets, and internal business reporting.
- Achieve CANN and ROP growth targets by managing partnerships with distributors.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years of work experience in a commercial environment, preferably FMCG, with previous key account, category management, international assignment, or transversal projects being beneficial.
