Commercial Growth Executive

This role is responsible for driving commercial growth, business expansion and team development across Australia and New Zealand.
Main Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales and clinical team to deliver value to patients, clinicians and procurement partners.
- National Sales Strategy: Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with financial objectives and market opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Lead the development of commercial strategies for clinicians, procurement stakeholders and health systems.
- Operational Management: National P&L responsibility including revenue, margin and inventory performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, education, corporate accounts and supply chain teams to drive operational execution and commercial excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in medical devices or healthcare with leadership responsibility.
- Proven track record of building and developing large, high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of cardiac rhythm management or cardiovascular technologies.
