
Commercial Growth Executive

We are seeking highly motivated and accomplished business growth specialists to drive our national team forward.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a business growth specialist, where you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial real estate industry. You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate industry
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary or trade services qualifications in engineering, mechanical, electrical etc. and an understanding of Facilities Management services, and/or self perform
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales
- Commercial Real Estate networks - occupiers, landlords etc. will be highly regarded
- Experience in the commercial real estate industry is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingsness to travel as needed
