">Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to drive strategic growth and commercial performance within our designated customer territory.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales and execution targets across the territory by consistently meeting or exceeding all set KPIs.
- They will execute our 'One Asahi' strategy in-store by promoting our full multi-beverage portfolio and aligning with key customer initiatives.
- Key responsibilities include planning and executing commercial activity, selling in business initiatives, trading terms, pricing, and ensuring compliance with promotional plans and execution standards.
- Additionally, they will drive core range distribution and identify opportunities to grow visibility, space, and promotional presence beyond standard plans.
- Utilizing sales tools and techniques consistently, they will support structured territory management and deliver commercial outcomes.
- Strong customer relationships will be built and maintained by understanding individual business needs and ensuring regular, effective call cycles.
- Ongoing business reviews will be conducted to analyse sales and execution metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
- Market insights will be shared with internal teams to foster a continuous improvement culture and contribute to collective success.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships is essential.
- A confident communicator with proven influencing ability is required.
- Strong sales acumen with a focus on value-led selling is also necessary.
- A track record of exceeding targets through structured, data-driven planning is desirable.
