We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products.
  • Store Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store display, ensuring that our products are presented in a way that showcases their quality and features.
  • Stock Control: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Purchasing: Source and purchase products from suppliers, ensuring that we get the best value for our customers.
  • Store Management: Assist with general store management activities, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
