Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team in Cairns. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the store
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including jewellery, watches, and other related items
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment

Requirements

  • Experience as a sales professional in a retail environment
  • Ability to deliver individual sales results and support store targets
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
