About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Trade Sales Representative to join our team at Stratco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and developing relationships with trade customers, identifying and developing new customers, and growing sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and Developing Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with trade customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identifying and Developing New Customers: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Growing Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
  • Preparing Project Quotations and Sales Proposals: Prepare detailed quotations and sales proposals to present to customers.
  • Over the Counter, Face to Face and Telephone Sales: Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers.
  • Supporting and Resolving Customer Queries and Issues: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting with General Store Management Activities: Assist with general store management activities, including inventory management and store maintenance.
  • Maintaining a Safe Workplace: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for yourself and others.
About You

We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the building industry. You will be honest, self-motivated, and have a passion for sales. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
