About the Role
We're seeking a Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our Cairns store team. As a Local Community Liaison, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing Medibank products and services to your local QLD community. You'll be responsible for supporting customers end-to-end with outstanding service, using a cross-set of skills and diversity to solve day-to-day problems and serve customers in their preferred communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed advice to customers.
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
