**Job Description**

\

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant or Manager in Business Valuations. As a member of our global team, you will advise clients on preserving, optimizing, raising or investing capital. You will support clients regarding valuation matters in various contexts including for transactions, portfolio assessment & optimisation, restructuring and strategic planning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • \
  • Work within small project teams to undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets.\
  • Take ownership for delivery of projects within each team.\
  • Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel and other EY project teams and colleagues.\
  • Think critically, identify issues and propose strategies related to the advice being provided.\
  • Develop and maintain strong analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and teaming skills.\\/ul">\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree and approximately 3 to 7 years of related work experience.\
  • A degree in finance, economics, accounting or business, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.\
  • Direct experience utilizing various valuation techniques and methodologies (market comparables, discounted cash flow, etc) for different purposes.\
  • Experience in financial modeling in MS Excel and related software preferred.\
  • Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and teaming skills.\\/ul">\
