Job Description

We are seeking a Valuation Professional to join our team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in valuation and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality valuation reports under supervision
  • Attend client and industry functions to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations for valuations
  • Update databases for valuation purposes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Tertiary qualifications enabling membership to API
  • The ability to manage multiple matters and work to deadlines
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to add value to the team
  • Computer literacy, particularly with MS Excel and MS Word
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A driver's licence
