  • Deliver high-quality valuations of businesses, shares, and financial instruments in various contexts including financial reporting, tax-related valuations, and transaction advice.
  • Conduct thorough analyses and provide robust opinions on deal value assessment, cost of capital, and capital management.
  • Prepare Independent Expert Reports or Fairness Opinions for shareholders regarding proposed transactions.
  • Develop a team of talented individuals to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
  • CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance, or similar qualifications.
  • Proven experience in business valuations with strong communication and collaboration skills.
