Job Profile

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our Valuation and Advisory team in Brisbane as an Assistant Valuer.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality valuation reports under supervision, meeting deadlines and expectations.
  • Pursue market knowledge by engaging with clients and industry partners through regular interactions.
  • Assist in preparing quotes for valuations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain databases for valuation purposes, guaranteeing data integrity and accessibility.
About You
  • You must be currently enrolled in tertiary qualifications that enable membership to the Australian Property Institute (API).
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work towards deadlines, demonstrating exceptional time management skills.
  • Demonstrate proactivity and self-motivation, contributing positively to the team's dynamic.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, applying your technical expertise effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent organisational and time management skills, prioritising tasks efficiently.
  • Showcase ability to build relationships at all levels of the business, fostering strong connections.
  • Display exceptional written and oral communication skills, conveying complex ideas clearly.
  • Hold a valid driver's licence, facilitating easy movement between locations.
