As a Business Valuations Expert, you will provide strategic guidance to clients on preserving, optimizing, and growing their capital base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough valuations of businesses and intangible assets for various purposes including management planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax, financial reporting, and disputes.
  • Prepare and manage valuation reports, identifying key issues and proposing strategies related to the advice being provided.
  • Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel and project teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Approximately 3 to 7 years of related work experience.
  • Experience utilizing various valuation techniques and methodologies (market comparables, discounted cash flow, etc.) for different purposes.
  • Experience conducting valuations for accounting and/or tax planning purposes.
