Key Responsibilities of a Valuation Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to advise clients on preserving, optimising, raising or investing capital. As part of a global team of experts, you will work within small project teams to undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets.

  • Take ownership for delivery of projects, managing and preparing valuation reports.
  • Develop critical thinking skills, identify issues and propose strategies related to the advice being provided.
  • Maintain positive, productive relationships with client personnel and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or business, with a strong foundation in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Approximately 3 to 7 years of experience in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
  • Experience utilising various valuation methods, such as market comparables and discounted cash flow.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and related software is preferred.
  • Experience conducting valuations for accounting and tax planning purposes is highly valued.
