Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Valuer. This role offers valuable experience in detailed valuation and the opportunity to work alongside experienced market-leading specialists.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality and timely valuation reports under supervision, attending client functions to interact with clients and expand market and business knowledge, assisting in the preparation of quotations for valuations, and updating databases for valuation purposes.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must be currently enrolled in tertiary qualifications that enable membership to API, demonstrate the ability to manage multiple matters and work efficiently to deadlines, be proactive and self-motivated with the ability to add value to the team, possess excellent organisation and time management skills, have computer literacy particularly with MS Excel and MS Word, and hold a driver's licence.
