This key role reports directly to the Head of Leasing, overseeing leasing transactions nationwide.
The incumbent is responsible for securing optimal commercial outcomes across lease renewals, negotiations, store conversions, and network development activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiation and execution of lease renewals, conversions, and new agreements
- Financial feasibility modelling and lease approval documentation preparation
- Reports, board papers, and presentation materials development
- Location strategy support by identifying risks and opportunities in lease tenure
- Rental savings delivery through strong commercial negotiation
- Critical timelines management and stakeholder alignment
- Experience in retail or commercial leasing, property or network development
- Commercial and financial acumen, including feasibility modelling
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Well-developed organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage leasing cycles
- Knowledge of legal frameworks relating to property leasing is desirable
