**About The Opportunity**:
QIC Real Estate have a unique opportunity for an experienced Leasing Executive to join the Leasing team based in Melbourne in this full-time role. Working as part of a collaborative and successful team, you will be responsible for delivering attractive income and capital returns to our clients within the risk tolerances of a core property portfolio.
You will be responsible for providing innovative leasing solutions to issues as they arise in the project leasing program. You will be encouraged to bring new ideas to the team and cement transactions that help achieve our vision of a unique and multi-dimensional retail experience.
To ensure you can deliver required transactions, you will be well supported by our strong tenancy design and delivery teams as well as a highly effective leasing administration team.
Leasing Accountability:

- Achieve better than budget performance in leasing activity and improve portfolio valuation as a result
- Complete nominated number of negotiations as directed by Portfolio General Manager - Leasing on time and in accordance with the agreed Leasing Strategy
- Ensure cash flow budget is maintained or improved for tenancies actively leased
- Establish and implement strategic RTRL plan for an asset
- Management of vacancies to agreed levels in business plans
- Present innovations and pro-active leasing initiatives for consideration to improve income, valuation, and product performance - "X-factor initiatives"

**About You**:
You have a current Real Estate License/Certificate of Registration or equivalent with project and maintenance leasing experience. You will also present with:

- Experience with a major national Landlord with specialty experience in leasing regional and sub-regional shopping centres
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to establish, maintain, update and execute strategic RTRL strategy for an asset
- Pre-existing relationships with key retailer clients and their leasing representatives
- Excellent retailer and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Understanding of fundamental financial concepts including feasibilities, cash flows and budgets
- Understanding of and appreciation for the legislative framework and the legal principals which are relevant to the way the leasing operative conducts their negotiations
