We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
- Promote our services to customers and provide advice on how they can benefit from them.
- Respond to customer enquiries, provide support as required and connect with other teams or employees.
- Refer customers to relevant resources and direct them to internal teams based on their needs.
- Support customers in developing personalized plans to meet their needs.
- Knowledge of the NDIS framework and price guide.
- Strong sales skills for promoting our services.
- Experience in intake and assessment, risk identification and management, customer support planning and service provision.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
This role will involve working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
You will be responsible for promoting our services and products, responding to customer enquiries, and providing support as required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of the NDIS framework and price guide.
