Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist customers across multiple channels. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of a close-knit team providing exceptional service and support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Support the Trade Counter with customer enquiries, stock replenishment, and general tasks
  • Take ownership of customer requests and resolve issues efficiently
  • Analyze customer sales history to identify service needs and upsell opportunities
Key Requirements:
  • Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn quickly
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles – ideally in trade stores, call centres, or retail environments
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivation and genuine interest in career growth
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently
