Job Title: HR Operations and Payroll Specialist
">Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Operations and Payroll Specialist to join our team in the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative functions of our People and Culture, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
">- HRIS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Human Resources Information System to ensure data integrity and efficient record-keeping.
- Payroll Processing: Work closely with our payroll partner to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and regulations, including payroll reporting requirements, in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
">- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and Payroll partnering, ideally within Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information and work independently, identifying opportunities to evolve people and culture systems and processes.
