SAP HR Payroll Specialist Position

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP HR Payroll specialist to join our team. As a payroll expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years' hands-on experience in SAP HR/PY projects, with a focus on AU payroll.
  • Payroll Experience:
  • Configure SAP AU Payroll, Personnel Administration and Organization Management
  • Experience in Australia Public Sector and handling Schema configurations for both Time and Payroll
  • Good knowledge of configuring awards, wage type valuations, calculation rules, and factoring
  • Experience of Single Touch Payroll and Australian legislation
  • Preferred skills: H4S4 module, Employee Central payroll, and SAP HR Modules

Requirements:

  • Effective communication with colleagues and business users at all levels
  • Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and driving simplified processes
