Job Title: Payroll and HR Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll and HR Specialist to support our end-to-end payroll process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll, interpreting employee entitlements, and providing support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the payroll manager in processing payroll and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Interpret employee entitlements and provide guidance to employees on their benefits and leave entitlements.
  • Provide support to the HR team with queries and requests related to employee payroll changes.
  • Review transactions in HRIS and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting monthly returns/payments for Payroll Tax, Super, WC, and PAYG.
  • Recommend and implement new initiatives in regards to systems, procedures, and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 4 years plus experience in end-to-end payroll through a complex company structure.
  • Experience in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills.
