We're seeking a highly skilled HumeLink Environmental Coordinator to join our project team. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing our Environmental team's activities, ensuring compliance with NSW Environmental Legislation and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating and implementing our Construction Environmental Management Plan to ensure seamless project execution.
  2. Providing administrative support to the Environment Manager, including document preparation, report writing, and data analysis.
  3. Collaborating with the Environment Manager and design team to review Environmental Design Deliverables for Work Packages.
  4. Supporting the Environment Manager and Commercial Team in sub-contractor scope developments and pre-qualifications.
  5. Nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Client representatives and senior project management and supervision teams.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. A tertiary qualification in Environmental Science or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant environmental roles within the Civil Construction industry.
  3. A good understanding of NSW Environmental Legislation, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
  4. Demonstrated proficiency in developing and interpreting project-related documents, preparing reports, and monitoring compliance documentation.
  5. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage assigned workload.
