The opportunity…

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Reverse Logistics Operations team as one of our Customer Service Specialists. This dynamic position is perfect for someone with a drive and passion for getting results and a love for customer service.

  • To provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers
  • Ensure outstanding loans across all Reverse Logistics Divisions is kept within set KPI's
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting the needs of customers to ensure their full satisfaction by providing timely and quality service
  • Develop a productive working relationship with internal customers to ensure rapport and trust is built
  • Working hours: 8 AM to 4 PM
  • Hybrid work set-up (3 days in local office, 2 days work from home), open to candidates in Brisbane, Adelaide & Melbourne

Experience required:

Essential:

  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Desirable:

  • SAP
  • Salesforce CRM
  • Microsoft Office
  • Customer Service experience
