Job Description

As a Senior Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth across the Western Australia market by promoting our suite of Automation and Industrial products.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential Engineering customers, including EPCs, consultants, OEMs, and System Integrators. You will manage short- and long-term project sales strategies and work closely with key partners to identify target projects and influence specifications involving our technology.

Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with assigned accounts, adopting a disciplined approach to managing sales opportunities, and staying current on industry trends, competitors, and market drivers. You will also engage in regular customer visits and engagements at all levels.

  • Engineering qualification with at least 5 years' experience in Automation
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills to manage selling models
  • Good communication skills (listening, verbal, and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to comfortably interact with customers
