About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Manager to join our growing team at Stabila Australia Pty Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our key customer relationships in the Western Australia region. Based in Perth, you will play a vital role in driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our existing customers in Western Australia

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within your region

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing

  • Provide exceptional customer service and be a trusted advisor to your clients

  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to support customer needs

  • Regularly report on sales performance and customer insights to the broader business

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Account Management or Sales role

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key customer accounts

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients

  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools

  • Willingness to travel within the Western Australia region as needed
