Strategic Inclusion Officer for Reconciliation Initiatives

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Asahi Beverages in supporting reconciliation, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. The role of People & Corporate Affairs Advisor plays a key part in fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating initiatives across the organisation, conducting research and analysis to identify best practices. This includes working closely with the People & Corporate Affairs team and other functions within Asahi Beverages.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing Asahi's first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), identifying and sharing best practices, and collaborating with colleagues from various departments.
To be eligible for this role, applicants must meet specific criteria, including being Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander with Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency. Graduation in the last two years or completion of studies this year is also required, along with understanding Australian First Nations history, protocols, and significant events. A connection to local Aboriginal Communities is highly valued.
