As a Strategic Talent Development Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer, P&C team, and university leaders to drive employee experience and facilitate change initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve desired outcomes;
- Develop and oversee projects aligned with the university's goals and challenges, enhancing culture, capability, and systems through stakeholder engagement;
- In partnership with relevant stakeholders, create high-quality written content, including reports, business cases, and policies, to support governance, risk management, and change initiatives.

You are a motivated and experienced HR professional who thrives in environments where you can take ownership and add value.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills, enabling you to advise, consult, and inspire stakeholders at all levels;
- Extensive experience in providing expert advice on various people matters, effectively diagnosing and resolving complex issues;
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects across the employee life cycle, utilizing pragmatic HR practices and engaging audiences to drive positive change;
- Excellent written communication skills and an analytical approach, capable of developing compelling business cases, policies, and reports;
- Ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on execution, depending on organisational needs;
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
